I have blue outlines around where I click

Outlines like this are around every area I click. I’m on my windows pc and I don’t remember this before.

Possibly you have accidentally turned on Windows Narrator- an accessibility feature.

Press [Caps Lock + Exc] to turn Narrator off.

An accidental press of [Win+Ctrl+Enter] can toggle Narrator on.
