I have issue with adobe light room on mobile to upload all junk photos

Question

I just install my adobe light room on my mobile phones ios and android.

I notice that it auto upload all the photos thats on my mobile phone to cloud.

I want it to auto upload only those i set as favorite or i set into a certain tag / label.

Otherwise i am overwhelm by all the junk photos shared by others in whatsapp also got uploaded for nothing. I want this experience to be for photograhers only and not all other irrelevant junk images from screen shots to photos shared by groups that i join in my whatsapp.

Its very messy right now.

This is an interesting suggestion, and is not part of the current app design. I recommend writing a simple new post in our Ideas forums section, with a clear title/message like you wrote above. When posting an Idea, other users can vote on it and show the Lightroom product mgmt team user interest on a topic.

Hey, @frankyy23477975. Welcome to the Lightroom Community. I'll help you figure this out.

This can happen when Auto-add is accidentally enabled or isn't set up correctly. Please head here to learn more and set up Auto-add so that only the images from the locations/folders you've set up are auto-imported: https://adobe.ly/4leZKtC

The functionality is available on Lightroom on iOS and Android, as tagged in your post. However, you'll still have to declutter your Lightroom library manually.
