Hi, I see you have a canceled Photoshop for iPad subscription and an active Adobe Express subscription but I do not see a Lightroom subscription associated with the ID you used to sign in to this forum. Perhaps you used a different email.
You may want to contact Adobe Customer Care to get it sorted out.
