I just reinstalled my Creative Cloud - still have problems launching Lightroom, two icons displayed Lr and LR(web), the error message says about problem connecting to creative cloud

I just reinstalled my Creative Cloud - still have problems launching Lightroom in Window 11, two icons displayed Lr and LR(web), the error message says about problem connecting to Creative Cloud. Photoshop, InDesign, Ai, and etc. -  don’t have any problems

    Hi @GPLitvak,


    Thanks for reporting this. Please try the following:


    • Sign out of the Creative Cloud Desktop app completely
    • Restart the computer
    • Sign back into Creative Cloud using the "Continue with Google/ Facebook" on the sign-in page.


    Then:

    • Open Creative Cloud Desktop
    • Launch Lightroom directly from there instead of the taskbar/start menu shortcut



    If it still fails:

    • Please share the exact error message screenshot
    • Also, share a screenshot of the two Lr Icons
