I just updated Lightroom and Photoshop and now I can't "Open as Layers in Photoshop". A dialogue box opens up to say the command has been disabled. Has this feature been discontinued?

Lightroom and Photoshop needed to be updated and now I get this error when trying to open multiple photos from LR in PS

    I tried uninstalling and reinstalling both programs, installing PS first as was recommended for earlier glitches.  It still doesn’t work.
