I keep getting "couldn't write to destination" When I export

I have been trying to read the forums to get an answer but everything is failing me. I have Lightroom 4.4 on a Windows Laptop (Windows 10). Photos are in Raw format or .CR2 and I am trying to export as .jpg I have done this a million times and I can not figure out what isn't working. I have cleared off my cloud account. I need help. Any suggestions would be great.

This has nothing to do with your cloud account. Like the error says, you need to look at the destination of the exported photo. Where do you try to save the photo? Lightroom does not have permissions to write to certain parts of your hard drive.
