I lost all my photos all of sudden, all my albums are empty. I looked on the web Lightroom portal and they are all gone. I need help are they gone forever?

I was uploading some photos onto my Lightroom and then I noticed all my albums were gone. They just disappeared, nothing in the trash or deleted. They were gone on all my platforms including web and mobile.

Some context: I did try to change my membership but I was not able to because I was already subscribed to Lightroom.

Hey, @curious_Butterfly9a6b. Welcome to the Lightroom Community. I've checked the account you're signed in with for the community, and you currently have an active subscription.

Have you used any other email address to sign in to Lightroom Web? What device were you using Lightroom on before? Please make sure you use the same email account across all Lightroom surfaces for it to sync.
