i love everything from recent years. all my photos and presets since 2019

"Lost" or "Love"?  If Lost- that's very disappointing.

If you want advice from other users in this forum you will need to supply some detailed information.

 

Please include the following in your question:
Adobe product and Version number.
A Screenshot of the info panel from MENU: Help/System Info...
Operating system and Version number
The full text of any Error Message(s)
What you were doing when the problem occurred
