    Hi @Awesome_neighbor8d04,

Thanks for sharing the complete error. This is occurring during the Creative Cloud authentication/registration process, so your active subscription itself may not be the problem.

We’ve seen similar Lightroom Registration PUT errors in the past caused by local network configuration, including VPN/proxy/security settings and, in some cases, loopback (127.0.0.1) configuration.

Could you please first let us know:

    • Are you on Windows or macOS, and which version?

    • Which Lightroom version are you using?

    • Can you successfully sign in at https://adobe.ly/4AsJq1c with the same Adobe account?

Then, please try a useful isolation test: connect the computer to a mobile hotspot instead of your normal network, and launch Lightroom again. Also, temporarily disconnect any VPN/proxy if you’re using one.

If the same 403 occurs on the hotspot, let us know. We can then look more specifically at the computer’s local network and authentication configuration rather than at your normal Internet connection.

    Best,
    Anshul Saini
