I’m unable to edit my videos after subscription was made for 1 year

Question

I usually pay for my Lightroom subscription monthly, I changed that last month to a yearly subscription and since then, I’ve not be able to use the pro version. I’m getting notifications that I have to subscribe for the pro version even after it shows on my App Store that I have successfully paid for a year’s subscription

Hey, @wonderful_joyf1eb. Welcome to the Lightroom community. I reviewed your account for the community and found a recently activated subscription.

Please sign in to Lightroom using the same email account you used to sign in to the Community. Also, before you proceed, please back up your recent imports, since they won't be synced to the cloud.
