i am unable to carry on my restore purchases on my app also i cannot see the active subsciption on my apple payment history . neither of both the sources respond yet my money deducted . I just have my payment proof and its not enough . how can i help myself
When restore purchase failed, what error message was shown? That is important information people here or Adobe Support would need to help further.
If you sign out and sign back into the app, the app may hint at which account you should sign into to see your subscription (assuming the problem is you have multiple Lightroom accounts). We need more info from you to help -- there's nothing in your screenshot that helps so far.
