Sorry you’re running into this. From your screenshot, it looks like Denoise starts processing but gets stuck at 99%.

Generally, if Denoise gets stuck/ hung, Camera Raw writes a TempDisableGPU3 sentinel file. You can go to the following location and share it here:

~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/CameraRaw/GPU/

Also, could you please let us know:

• Your Lightroom mobile version and phone model/OS.

• Does Denoise always stop at 99%, or does it eventually show an error? If there’s an error, please share a screenshot of it.

• Does this happen with every photo, including a newly imported RAW file, or only certain images?

• On the laptop, please go to Help > System Info > Copy and paste the information here.

Since you’re seeing a problem on both the laptop and phone, those details will help us determine whether we’re dealing with the same issue on both devices or two separate problems.
