Why is it so hard to find someone from Adobe to contact.  I was using Instagram to chat witht hem and then nothing has been said from them in a few days. I am trying to regain access to some lost files from an account that was closed down just a week ago.

I have tried that and it does not allow me to sign in. I have contacted the admin from my school and they have said I need to contact Adobe about this.

Your Company or School Account has been deactivated. Please review our Terms of Use and contact Adobe Customer Support if you believe this is an error.

That is the message I get.

    Hi @aumran_4600,

I’m sorry you’ve had difficulty getting in touch with someone. Since you mentioned the account/subscription was closed only about a week ago, and you’re trying to recover Lightroom files, there may still be a chance to retrieve them.

For Lightroom cloud-based images, Adobe continues to store the original images for one year after a membership lapses, during which you can sign in to Lightroom and download the originals.

First, please make sure you’re signing in with the same Adobe account that previously contained the Lightroom library. You can then check your library at Lightroom on the web.

You can also use Adobe’s Lightroom library download page to request a download of all synced photos and videos:

    Instructions are available here:

If you sign in with the correct account and the missing files aren't there, please don’t create a new library or make account changes in an attempt to recover them."

HelpX documentation about access after cancellation is available here:

    I hope this helps!

    Best,
