What should we be able to see on the attached screenshot? I can't see anything about Adobe or Lightroom in it.

You did not buy within Adobe directly, right? If not, it may take quite some time for the subscription information to propagate.

Anyhow, make sure to use the very same account/login/email when signing in to the installed app that you used during the buying process.

The attached file was the Screenshot of the transaction, yes I'm using the
same account but still it is showing that I have never purchased the
subscription. Help
