I really need live-chat support -- please advice

What should I do to get live-chat support????!!!!!!  

Please *HELP*. 

I have a paid-for account and I currently used the online version of Lightroom (IE: It is ***not*** installed on my PC.)

I'm experiencing 02 major issues with Lightroom:

1) The files are taking FOREVER to load.

2) The 02 files I manages to load yesterday (It took me 24 hours to load 2 files) appear as grayed out triangles in Lightroom! Each file reflects this statement: "Imported on 7/31/19. Rendering..."

I have visited the Adobe support centre and I've left more confused than I arrived.

What should I do to get live-chat support????!!!!!!

    I currently used the online version of Lightroom (IE: It is ***not*** installed on my PC.)

    There are two versions of Lighroom for PC:

    1. Lightroom - installed on your PC but photos are in the Adobe Cloud
    2. Lightroom Classic - installed on your PC, photos are on your hard drive and managed with a catalogue.

    I assume you're running Lightroom with your photos in the Cloud?
