Question

I removed all photos in the Cloud, but there is still 3.5GB used. How do I remove everything?

Hello.

I'm having a weird problem with my cloud storage space. I removed all synced photos from the cloud, so I was expecting to see something close to 0/20GB used, not 3.5GB used. How do I free up all the cloud storage space?

Have you logged into your account at lightroom.adobe.com to check there's no images/videos still showing there. Also check the "Deleted" album to make sure that is empty as well.

If you've done that and it still reports that cloud space is still being used, check the Creative Cloud Files folder on your desktop system to make sure it is empty (any files stored in there would also be using a portion of the overall cloud space allocation).

I don't see any Lightroom storage used with the account you are using for this forum.  I do see that you have Creative Cloud Files storage in use.  As noted, if you have deleted files you will need to empty the trash.  As a side note, for Lightroom files we don't count deleted files as part of usage.
