Question

I updated several pictures with the AI removal tool, and now I can't download them or anything. This is terribly disappointing and frustrating because I can't revert back either.

I edited some pictures with the removal tool and used the AI assistant. Now I can’t download the pictures because it tells me I need to update the app with AI features. I’ve tried to do this with and without the textbox being checked to download the pictures.

First, can you send us information about your system, a screen recording of the issue, and a numbered list of the exact steps needed to reproduce it? You can find your system info by going to Help > System Info, copying and pasting it into a text file, and attaching it here.

    1. Restart the App: Close the application completely and then reopen it. This can help in refreshing the app's features.

    2. Clear Cache: If the app has an option to clear cache or temporary files, use it. This can help resolve any issues related to stored data.
