I use Lightroom cloud on a Mac book my image is not changing effect, is this because I have too many presets

Sorry for the delayed response. Having a lot of presets does not prevent Lightroom (cloud) from applying an effect. The number of presets won’t block changes from appearing.

From your screenshot, I notice:

• The preset “01 Neon Glow” is selected

• The Amount slider is at 100

• But the image preview does not appear to update

Let’s check a few quick things:

• Try moving the Amount slider slightly left and right. Does the image react at all?

• Try applying a very strong preset (something extreme) to see if any visible change happens

• Click into the Edit panel and manually move Exposure or Contrast. Does that change the image?

If manual sliders also don’t update the image:

• Quit Lightroom completely

• Restart your Mac

• Update Lightroom to v9.2 and then try again.

Also confirm:

• Are you working on a local file or one still syncing from the cloud?

• Do you see any syncing indicator in the top-right?

If nothing changes after a restart, please share your System Info (Help > System Info) for the Lightroom (cloud) version (just copy & paste here), and I’ll guide you further.
