I want to change plan from Lightroom CC plan with 1TB (one-year) to Creative Cloud Photography plan (with 20GB of cloud storage)

I currently use Lightroom CC plan with 1TB (one-year) ,but it's not include Photoshop. So I want to change my plant to Creative Cloud Photography plan (with 20GB of cloud storage) but I don't know how to do that. Please contact me. Thank you

    I do not have this option when I go to the "change plan" section, I can only switch from Lightroom CC 1TB (monthly) to Photography Plan 1TB (monthly), not to Photography Plan 20gb (monthly), even though they are the same price... Should I contact support team? Thanks.
