Thanks for reaching out! The Match Total Exposures feature is currently available only in Lightroom Classic. It isn't available in Lightroom Desktop (Cloud), hence I am moving this to feature request section. 

As a workaround, you can:

• Adjust one photo to the desired exposure.
• Copy the edit settings (Photo > Copy Edit Settings or Ctrl/Cmd + C).
• Select the remaining photos and paste the settings (Photo > Paste Edit Settings or Ctrl/Cmd + V).

Please note that this copies the same exposure adjustment to all selected photos it doesn't automatically calculate exposure differences for each image the way Match Total Exposures does in Lightroom Classic.
