Im having trouble using my presets on light room

Question

Im trying to apply my presets but it says "some masking models failed to download. Please try again later." Not sure if it's because my cloud storage is almost full and on the top right it says "Sync Paused" but when I click start syncing it says "You can only sync a single Lightroom catalog. You are currently syncing "Lightroom Catalog.Ircat .

Would you like to sync "Lightroom Catalog-v13.Ircat" instead? If you choose to sync this catalog, photos that you've already synced will be added to this catalog."

I'm not that informed with Lightroom besides the editing processes. Everything I do on here , im literally guessing my way. Here's some photos please help😩 and share links of how I can learn more about Lightroom and what everything means😣

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
