Im not able to create mask for subject

Every time I try to create mask for subject or background there is error. I have been able to make this work earlier

I've been having the same exact issue since January or so. Used to work perfectly but now doesn't work at all. It will recognize people in the left pane; "People" section but not in the masking section. It's been driving me nuts!

Need a little more info here. Since when are you experiencing this behavior? Also, are you experiencing this behavior with all the images? What's the error that you're getting?

    I am having the same issues since I did the recent upgrade! I get "no people found"
