iMac (2019) to Macbook Pro

Hello People,

May I request your help and assistance?

Current Situation: I currently use two devices for my post-processing (Lightroom Classic & Photoshop):

- iMac 2019 (Intel-based) - [primary device]
- Macbook Pro 2019 (Intel-based) - [secondary device]

Problem Statement: I have stopped receiving newer OS versions on my iMac, and every security update is slowing down the iMac. Therefore, I have decided to shift my post-processing to the MacBook Pro.

My question: How can I transfer my settings and presets from iMac to MacBook Pro? 
Settings primarily include:
- Work environment settings
- Image export presets
- Image processing presets

Caveats: The last attempt at transferring presets with the help of ChatGPT resulted in a disaster, and I lost 30-odd of my presets.
