Image brightness changes when hovering over menu bar tools
I am using M1 Bacbook Pro (16GB), LG Monitor (LG 24UL850), Lightroom CC and Photoshop for Mac. Recently I have noticed that sometimes when I mouse over a menu bar tool, the image will adjust in brightness then return to normal. While my LG monitor is a recent addition, it seems to do it on both my external monitor and macbook screen. See the link below for an example of what is happening. Any advice appreciated.
