Images appear "Corrupted" in Lightroom

Hi,  I recently upgraded to a new PC with Windows 10.  After using DislpayCal to successfully calibrate monitor everything was working fine for several days.  Then after loading a new image into an existing catalog all images displayed in Lightroom 5 and Photoshop look very strange (not sure how to descibe it beyond that).  The strange thing is that while the images look corupt in Lighroom they fine when exported and viewed in Windows viewer (see samples - exported vs. Lightroom).  I have removed and re-installed Lightroom and Photoshop but the issue remains.  Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

thank you,

Doug

That's almost certainly a problem with the monitor profile. Windows "Photos" (and Explorer) are not color managed and don't use the monitor profile at all, so they are unaffected.

Thanks for the reply. Recalibrating does not correct the issue.

I stand corrected...sort of 🙂.  While recalibrating did not correct the issue I was able to fix it by removing all my color profiles and then reloading.  All is good now. I hate Windows 10.  Thanks for the suggestion!
