Project Indigo Images Disappearing After Capture (iPhone 16)

Hi team,

I’ve been using Indigo heavily during my trip and noticed a recurring issue where some photos disappear right after shooting.

Issue

• About 30–40% of captures vanish.
• The image appears briefly after the shutter, then disappears from the gallery.

Examples

• At night: shooting a sticker behind frosted glass, phone held steady, static scene. The first shot disappeared; only the duplicate remained.
• Daytime: similar loss happened with plants, street scenes, and other normal subjects.

Notes

• Happens in both low‑light and daytime.
• No special modes enabled; just normal shooting.
• Feels like it may fail during background processing.
