Images not indexed or unavailable for metadata search

Issue: Images in new albums are not able to be searched with metadata such as Lens or ISO values. Screenshots attached show an image taken at ISO 100, then my attempt to filter all images by ISO = 100 and no results being returned. Similarly, I cannot search by Lens, Shutter Speed, Focal Length or any metadata field other than Camera model.

Typically, I create a dated folder on my hard drive for my photos to be imported, then create an album in Lightroom (cloud / cc) with the same name, then drag the files over. All syncs up to the cloud and everything works well.
However, I've created 5 albums over the last 3 days. Only one album allows me to search / filter by more granular EXIF metadata, like "Lens:" and "ISO:". Even ignoring the search tag and just typing in the lens name as it appears in the EXIF info or something like "24mm" returns no results.
The albums also show the "facets" in the search window ("Lens", "Focal Length", etc..) but nothing comes up as a result when I use it. Camera model works for all albums, but that's it, no additional / deeper EXIF besides the camera model. The one album that does allow this kind of searching is neither the newest nor the oldest album I've created over the last few days. I can't tell why it works fine (I can search by lens, aperture, etc...), and the others don't.
Images were all added via Lightrom (Windows) 5.3 between 6/10/2022 and 6/12/2022. Images can't be searched via metadata fields on iPad OS or Web. I've confirmed I still have ~250GB left in my 1TB storage plan, so it shouldn't be a function of storage space.
