Import date based plus subfolder

Lightroom can import to a date based folder structure like this:

2020/10/04

But I want a sub folder inside the DAY folder for each camera, like this:

2020/10/04/iPhone XR

I know you do it this way:

iPhone/2020/10/04

But I want the subfolder inside the day instead.

Does anyone know of a import tool that can do this automatically?
