Import in lightroom CC v3.3 Android not working for files with the same name

I have some images that were added to Lightroom a while ago. I successfully imported some pictures and edited them. Now, importing is not working even though I get the message that the file is imported. I have found out what seems to go wrong and it needs to be fixed.

I used a device to take pictures and the pictures were named DJI_0332.JPG, DJI_033.JPG etc. Now, a few years later I have another DJI device and that one is also creating the same file names. Pictures I try to import from the new device, through the Android app, having the same name as the old device are not imported at all. When I use the import function to import in a new folder, I noticed that instead of importing the desired file, it shows the file already uploaded a long time ago, from the other device... Could this please be fixed?
