Import is not working

For some time now, I can no longer import new images  on my Lightroom mobile App (not even via the gallery on my phone). In addition, the preview images are black and take a very long time to load and if I have edited images and then go out of edit mode, everything previously made is gone... I had hoped that this problem would be fixed in an update, but unfortunately I still have these problems. I am happy about every tip, because there is by far no free editing app for mobile that comes close to Lightroom.
I would love to import and edit new images again so please help.
