Import issue

I´m new at lightroom CC. So, I'm tryng to use it. However, i cannot import any photos. I´ve tried also to click on Menú, import photos but it seem deactivate. Advices?

    Have you logging out and back in, of both the Lightroom application and the Creative Cloud application?

     

    Also, do you know which kind of photography plan you have?

    I've just tried closing out of lightroom and putting it back on and tried
    deleting the photos from light room and tried putting them back on
