Import lrtemplate into Lightroom Desktop

Hello

I am having the most difficulty importing lrtemp presets into my cloud-based lightroom. I am up to date on all the updates. I followed the instructions and LR came back to me saying these are not importable.

Windows 10.

You can't import such presets into Lightroom. These are old Lightroom Classic develop presets that need to be converted to XMP first, or they are other type of Lightroom Classic presets (local adjustment presets, export presets, metadata presets) that Lightroom does not support.
