Import not working

Hello! My mobile Lightroom app is currently up to date and I'm unable to import photos from camera roll to the app. When I click a photo the spinning circle shows up then goes away and nothing happens. I've already uninstalled and reinstalled app I've turned device on and off and it's still not working.
