import photos impossible

hey guys

I need some help when I want to edit a photo, I click on import, my gallery shows up but there's immediately a loading circle and a random photo comes up to edit and I can't import the photo I want. I downloaded the app again, turned my phone on and off but the problem is still there so I can't use the app
