import pics

I can't import my pictures from my window's desk to a new catalog / when I click on the folder "my pics"  it charges for a long time and then fail. No pics can appears on the right, norlally there is always some pics to add ! I never had this before , thxs 🙂

Please verify the version. Under Help, look at the about.

Based on the initial description, it appears you are using Lightroom Classic, not the Lightroom cloud focused version.


In addition, what steps have you tried to resolve the issue? e.g. if classic, is there an explimation point on the images/folder?

Have you checked the catalog integrity?
