Import pictures is not possible

I‘ve lightroom for iphone and iPad. Suddenly it isnt possible to import pictures anymore on both.

I dont know why ? How to fix the problem ?

    Hi,

    im not able to Upload pictures here, so here‘s the Dropbox link with the screenshots. The first two pictures show the error message online (the link you send before) the last picture is the error message on iPhone and iPad. Whenever i tried to Upload a picture it is on my phone and iPad.

    Hi violak,

    We're really sorry that you are unable to import images in Lightroom mobile. Could you please let us know the exact version of Lightroom mobile installed on both iOS devices? Also, are you getting any error message while importing images into Lightroom mobile library?

    Hi Mohit, thank you for your repl.

    Yes there is a error message, it say: one picture is not able to import. I‘m german, so in german it says: ein Foto konnte nicht import werden. The version on both devices is v.3.2.1 674202, i think this is the latest Version, because there is no update avaible.

    Hi Viola,

    Could you please try adding images via Lightroom web and check if that works.
