Import presets from old iPhone to new iPhone

Hello! 
I have an issue with transferring my presets and pictures from old phone (iPhone) to a new ( iPhone) , and I used same account. Can anyone help me to solve this issue?

If you have a Photography Plan or Mobile Subscription then the Presets should sync via the Cloud.

 

Can you see them at 

http://lightroom.adobe.com ?
