Import problems with windows 10

I am trying to import from a CF card in a CF card reader but when I try to open the card to see the files, I get asked if I want to allow changes to my computer. I click yes and then the import is blocked. Any ideas please?

Have you tried a different card? Either another CF or SD. It might also be the reader. What happens if you try to move the images from the card to the desktop? Did this just start happening or has there been an OS update?
