Cuando quiero importar fotografías en lightroom, el programa deja de funcionar y dice "No responde". ¿Qué debo hacer?

Hi there,

 

Sorry that Lightroom stops working when you try to import images. 

 

Which version of Lightroom are you using and on which OS? As Lightroom is running slow, could you please try turning off the GPU option from Lightroom's preferences? Go to Lightroom > Preferences > Performance tab > Uncheck "Use Graphics Processor" > Restart Lightroom and let us know if it helps?

Ya lo intenté desactivando desde preferencias y tampoco funciona. Les
adjunto una captura de pantalla para que vean hasta donde llega antes de
mostrarme el mensaje de "no funciona".
Estoy utilizando la última actualización de lightroom que hay en la página.
Hace poco me formatearon la máquina y ahora tengo Windows 10 Pro, versión
1909.
