Why are my photos when I import them to lightroom come out fuzzy with a grey tone?

Normally the photos are initially displayed using the JPEG preview imges embedded in most raw files.

This may or may not be the situtaton you are facing. We need significantly more information to try and help you chase this down.

1. What platform (iPad, Mac, Windows)?

2. Using the application or the web interface?

3. Loading raw images, or raw plus JPEG, or JPEG?

4. If the fuzzy short term or always?

5. Have you checked for sync errors?

That should get us started to at leat knowning which way to look.
