Imported Presets are not showing in both desktop or mobile apps

So I have purchased some presets for Lightroom CC and followed all the installation instructions correctly and cannot for the life of me get them to show up in my presets folder on both the desktop and mobile apps.

They are .xmp files and I made sure that I'm not hiding any presets and have logged down-logged even. Even did a full restart. My Lightroom CC is up to date as well.

I have been able to import other purchased presets in the past without any issues.
