Importing a catalog from an old disk

Hello, I've bought a new SSD and went for a clean windows instalation, but now, i lost all access to old catalog and overall workspace, all unfinished work etc... Its not only adobe, i have this issue across all platforms, but can't find a solution... 😞
Is there please anyone that could help?
