Importing a duplicate photo

Is there a way to have LR CC import a photo twice. I have somehow lost the original photo (I know it should be there somewhere, but after cropping I cannot bring it back). I still have the original on my local drive so would like to just import it again, but the system is preventing it as a duplicate image.
