Importing and syncing photos from mobile device

Hi,

I've had some issues with my installation of the Lightroom app for some time, but now it's getting ridiculous.

Originally I suddenly lost several hundred photos from the app and cloud. Fortunately I have them all backed up, and they are not photos I need to access from my mobile device, so not the end of the world.

However, recently I experienced syncing issues, some photos couldn't be synced to my cloud, and therefore neither to my computer.

Today it got too bad though, I can't even import photos from my phone to the app anymore. It says in the notification bar that the photos are being imported, but looking in the app nothing changes. No photos are added.

I have the most updated version of the app.

I'm running Android 8.1 on a Samsung Galaxy Note 8.

I import .raw files from a micro memory card.

The issue appeared suddenly literally from the one second to the next.

I've tried to restart, delete and reinstall, delete cache, but nothing helps.

Any ideas or suggestions?

    Do you have the Photography Plan, the Mobile only plan or the free Mobile app?
