Importing Lightroom presets issue

I'm using Lightroom 7.0 on Windows.

I had a private account until yesterday, and I closed it (my membership ended this morning) and switched to a new account I got from work. Before ending my private membership, I exported a few prestet from Lightroom. I imported those presets to the new account this morning, but only a few are showing up. I tried deleting all of them and importing only those that won't show up to see if there is an error message or something like that, but the only thing I see is a note saying "1 preset imported". Does anyone have any clue as to why this is happening?
