Importing photos from old Lightroom app

I recently downloaded Lightroom on my new phone, but the photos I edited on my old phone didn't appear even after signing in. Is there a way to import those?

Depends on whether you are using Free or Subscription versions.

TBMK The 'Free' version of Lightroom does not store photos in the Cloud. They are stored 'with' the App in the phone. They would only be available if you had backed up the phone to iCloud or iTunes , to then restore to a new phone.
