Importing Raw Photos into Lr

Hello! I need some assistance. Iv been using Lightroom (cloud based) for a few years now with no issues until recently.

I have about 430 raw wedding photos I am trying to import for editing. However, lightroom keeps giving me an error that they could not be added.

I have attached a screenshot of the error page.

Please help!

I think I figured it out!!! Lightroom does NOT like Windows 11! I restored my computer back to Windows 10 and so far so good!!!! 👌

I am running Windows 11 on two laptops with Lr. no issues, and I have imported a few thousand photos....

I also stilol have Windows 10 on my desktop without an issue.

Note: I have the Adobe version installed, not the app store.

I'm still having issues. I may need to just take it into a computer shop. I'm not very tech savvy and iv got wedding photos I need to get back to my client 😩

There is another thread about a similar issue.

The error message is the same. In that case, the fix has always been to uninstall Lr. And install Lr from Adobe, not the app store.
