Impossibilité d'exporter des photos

Depuis la dernière mise à jour de Lightroom (vers 9.4.3) pour Android, il est impossible d'exporter les images travaillées, peu importe le format d'image utilisé.

    Comme complément d'information, j'utilise un S22 Ultra de Samsung sous Android 14 et One UI 6.1

    Hey, @francisgilbert. Welcome to the Lightroom Community. I'll need more info to help you figure this out.

     

    We're unable to reproduce what you see. What settings do you use to export the image from Lightroom? Does this happen when you export a specific set of images?

     

    Log on to Lightroom Web (https://adobe.ly/3TKo7Fl) & check for all the images that have synced & uploaded to the cloud. Once you're sure everything is backed up to the cloud, uninstall Lightroom & install it again from the Samsung Store or Google PlayStore, and check how it goes.

    J'ai fais tout ce que vous avez demandé et la problématique demeure peu importe le format des fichiers images JPEG, JPG, RAF, HEIF. Elle n'existe toutefois pas lorsque je travaille avec ces mêmes image via Lightroom for iPad sur mon iPad Pro.

     

    Ci-jointes, des captures d'écran des paramètres utilisés pour l'exportation.
