impossibility to inzip xmp

Hello,I reinstalled lightroom on my phone and nothing works. When I put presets, impossible to unzip the files I end up with an unusable xmp file.please help me because I can't find a solution.thank you so much

You can't install presets in Lightroom Mobile directly. Presets authors use a work-around where they supply a DNG with the settings of that preset applied and saved in metadata. You import that DNG and then save the settings as a new preset.
