Impossible d'utiliser l'application LightRoom

Bonjour, depuis mon changement de portable ( je suis passé sur un Samsung 23 Ultra ) je n'arrive plus à utiliser l'application, j'ai souscrit à l'offre prenium que j'ai du résilier ( aujourd'hui) car application inutilisable.. comment faire ?

Which version of Lightroom were you using on your laptop? Were you using Lightroom Classic?
